We specialise in road riders, who want to give trail riding a go. Ideally, to improve their overall riding skills, or to move away for road riding altogether, or maybe to just experience the joy of being out in the countryside on a dirt bike.
After thirteen years of guiding trail riding beginners around the tracks and trails of Mid Wales, we have put together a route which is enjoyable and safe and not too much for the off road novice/beginner.
Hundreds of riders have enjoyed this route, which can be fine tuned to suit the group or individual, wether it be determined by the weather, time of year, fitness or confidence levels.
When you know the area as well as we do, it makes it so much easier to make a change to the route depending on the given situation. Over the years, we have developed great experience, so now riders can be confident that they are in safe hands.
We have had two of our KTM professionally lowered so riders can touch the floor with flat feet, enabling riders to feel confident. The lowered bike would suit riders of 5’5 (165.10cm) and above.
The day is broken into small bite size portions:
8.00am Breakfast and licence check
9.00am Kit up and bike brief
9.30am Trail ride and training session one
11.00am Coffee stop
11.30am Trail ride and training session two
1.00pm Cafe – lunch stop
2.00pm Session three – basic intermediate trails
4.00pm Arrive back at base, de-kit.
All you need is your driving licence. We provide the rest!
To hire an enduro bike for a guided tour is £220 per rider.
The price is the same per person for either a 1-2-1 ride or a group ride.
Trail Riding UK has four Enduro Bikes to hire. As we use legal roads and byways – you must have a full motorbike licence to hire a Trail Riding UK dirt bike.
